2022
Transbordering Laboratory is the network of divided cities of Europe, initiated in 2022 after 1 year research by Michael Kurzwelly, Miha Kosovel and Tanel Rander, who visited Lefkosia/Lefkosa, Cieszyn/Cesky Tesin, Giurgiu/Ruse, Kerkrade/Herzogenrath, Haparanda/Tornio, Komarno/Komarom and other simiar towns and regions across Europe, gathering materials and finding contacts. In the late October of 2022 the exhibition "Transbordering Laboratory" was opened in Gallery B, Frankfurter Kunstverein, together with the conference that brought together people from very different border contexts. The network functions through multiple grass-root initiatives.
